Our aim is to train a succesfull and honest  staff who provides   discipline, doesn’t  compromise from food safety, can realize a team work, has a speciality of leadership and can combine theorical and practical knowledge for industry, and related public and private laborataries.The most important is to grow up individuals who knows economic conditions of today, are active in progress and developments of economic of their countries, can work actively as a modern, dynamic  and related to kemalism, to see be caning saccesfull as an aim, open to progress and modern development goals, and also are dominated by advenced technology and systems.
